My client got this nice backpack but the zipper busted. Who wants to buy a new backpack for a zipper, but you need it! I managed to get the bottom of the zipper out, re-thread the pulls, get the pulls back on and sew it back together.
Take that zipper companies who try to screw clients!
This is one of those things you don't know how to fix. My client had a beautiful bike case that had ripped fabric near the zipper. It was raveling like crazy and he did not know what to do. It was really expensive and you hate to throw it away. So I looked it and figured out way to fix it.
This is a purse/backpack thing my client wanted fixed. Unfortunately, the zipper would have to be replaced and it was not worth it for that item. So I fixed the straps and sewed the zipper in a way that it would be an open bag on one side of the bag and at least look ok.
My friends son got married yesterday. Instead of something generic I customized a blanket for him and his wife. Here is a photo of putting their wedding date on fleece.
My client loves these jeans but can't find them in the stores anymore, so I am making pattern to make her a new pair. These will fit better and may have some additional style points
